Hallo,

gerade gefunden, ist eine O2 R5k CPU aber: wieviel MHz und wieviel Cache hat das Ding:

Kann jemand helfen? Fand das Teil beim aufräumen und habe keine O2 zum testen

Was ist der gravierende Unterschied zwischen 180 und 200 Mhz ? Die Größe des Caches ? ???

20 MHz und der doppelt so grosse Cache im Vergleich zum R5000SC/180 Modul, welches mit 512KB kommt. Die 180MHz Variante ist übrigens auch noch ganz ohne Cache erhältlich (nur bei entsprechend günstigem Preis empfehlenswert).
