This is the general behaviour when having a multi module setup or when pulling a single module which was part of a larger installation. It means that on the privous installation the console was configurated to run on another module and not on module 1. So you cant listen here anymore because now the console moved away to the other module.

Log into the MSC and try clear all the logs from the cac. Try
pod
go cac
clearalllogs
initalllogs
reset

When having a working PROM the console path settings are stored in variables like .... and now my brain leave me alone :). It was something like OLDconsolepsth and Consolepath or similar.

Thanks. I continued at Nekochan Hardware forum (Onyx2 Origin2000 topic)
Maybe that's a better place (larger community)

I tried your ideas but it does not seem to work.
